I finished the Yoplait Two Week Tune Up and lost a total of 5.7 pounds. Woohoo! I am happy that it is over though because I really do miss eating regular food with my family. I think that the Two Week Tune Up is a good plan though and pretty easy to stick with. I think that now that I am finished I will still eat the same breakfast and lunch that is on the plan. In fact, with the breakfast and lunch on the plan, I may still lose weight since it is so filling. Only time will tell.
Overall I think that the Yoplait Two Week Tune Up is a great way to lose weight quickly for an event or just to get a kickstart for healthy eating. I lost over the 5 pounds that the plan touted and feel pretty great.
